Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering services from
LinkSyrup. By accessing our platform, approving a proposal, or initiating payment, you agree to be bound
by these cross-border corporate terms governing our global digital outreach operations.
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding legal contract between LinkSyrup
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the entity or individual purchasing digital solutions (“Client,” “you,” or
“your”). LinkSyrup operates as a premier unified global SEO, content generation, and digital media placement
infrastructure across multiple regional subsidiaries.
- Scope of Services
LinkSyrup provides enterprise-level performance solutions across three core pillars:
Editorial Guest Posts: Manual securement of contextual live backlink placements within real-traffic,
niche-vetted third-party publisher sites.
Press Releases: Multilingual narrative drafting, media targeting, and distribution network wire syndication
targeting prominent US, UK, and regional news systems.
Content Writing: Production of highly optimized localized marketing copies, strategic industry blogs, and
technical landing assets compiled by native linguists.
- Performance Commitments & Vetting Standards
We maintain strict quality control parameters over all inventory. We enforce clear zero-tolerance parameters
regarding Private Blog Networks (PBNs), spam-heavy metric environments, and low-grade link hubs. Link
placements are intended to remain organic and active for a minimum timeline of twelve (12) months from live
indexing, subject only to third-party structural domain liquidations or domain migrations beyond our
reasonable administrative control.
- Multilingual & International Campaign Execution
For cross-border non-English and regional campaigns, LinkSyrup retains verified local native copywriters and
publisher outreach networks to optimize cultural compatibility and contextual authenticity. Clients are entirely
responsible for confirming the localized branding parameters and specific linguistic variations during the pre-
clearance onboarding consultation.

- Financial Terms, Settlement & Invoicing
All engagement fees are calculated in standard functional reserve currencies based on client profile (USD,
GBP, or EUR). Services are executed strictly under an upfront payment framework or fixed institutional
milestone retainers. Standard invoices are dispatched electronically. Delayed balances exceeding seven (7)
banking business days from target milestone completion will result in immediate suspension of active
campaign rollouts or strategic publishing rights.
- Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment processing and settlement of outstanding invoices, ownership of bespoke created content
copy transfers directly to the Client. LinkSyrup retains the unconditional right to reference public-facing
campaign metrics, aggregated success statistics, and generalized non-proprietary brand elements solely for
corporate case studies, agency pitch decks, and internal marketing presentations.
- Liability Caps & Indemnification
LinkSyrup executes fully white-hat digital strategies aligned to dynamic algorithm guidelines; however, search
engine updates are inherently volatile. We offer no explicit warranties or metrics quotas guaranteeing specific
ranking jumps or volume transformations. Our maximum total aggregate legal liability for any campaign
structural defect or service dispute cannot exceed the exact monetary sum paid to us by the client for that
specific, individual service asset.

under the appropriate regional governance based on the contracting LinkSyrup invoicing entity.
- Amendments
We reserve the right to revise this framework to meet changing cross-border privacy standards, international
copyright rules, and regional trade regulations. The updated document becomes valid immediately upon
